Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before tax, after discounts).
Shipping Delays
RIZZ Pickleball is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, RIZZ Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact sales@rizzpb.com, and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may be refused.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact sales@rizzpb.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item shipped by us
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact sales@rizzpb.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
